13 week beginner course (excluding half term 28th Oct) 9th September – 9th December
I’m excited to be back teaching live. We want to make sure that your yoga class is as stress free and Covid safe as possible. We will therefore be observing govt guidelines:
1—2m social distancing at all times.
Please arrive on time for class to avoid congregating outside beforehand.
Our venues will have been thoroughly cleaned and aired between groups.
Please arrive in your kit if possible.
Toilets are available if you need with hand sanitiser.
Masks are not required but can of course be worn if you prefer.
If you feel at all unwell please don’t come to class. We can not compensate you for missed sessions, either for holidays or illness but if you have to withdraw from the course completely just let us know and we will do our best to fill your place and refund the difference.
I hope this is not all too Draconian but just an extension of your familiar hygiene routines. If we have to go back into local lockdown for any reason, I will honour the remaining classes by switching to zoom so we can all keep up with our yoga practise! Looking forward to seeing you for real!
If you have any doubts about your mental or physical health or have recently been diagnosed with depression please seek advice from your qualified medical practitioner as to your suitability for the course.
Please read the FAQ by clicking on the FAQ Tab if you have any queries, or feel free to contact me if you have a more specific query.

This course is suitable for complete beginners and for those with an established practise who want to learn gentle flowing postures, meditation and breathwork to help with stress management.
You will be encouraged to listen to your body’s own natural cues, to find the balance between strength and ease within postures. As we progress you will be offered more challenging postures, always encouraged to work at you “intelligent edge” without strain.”
The class begins by gently mobilising joints and muscles, building to more dynamic and longer flowing sequences. The course includes aspects of yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation techniques for a more complete experience of the yoga path.
