Hill Cottage has been lovingly restored from its derelict state into a beautiful eco-retreat centre. It sits on ten acres of land including a market garden, woodland, orchard, lake and wildflower fields, all bordered by a meandering brook. A place to find space, reflect and reconnect to what’s truly important.

This weekend retreat is the perfect opportunity to dive more deeply into the ancient and transformative practices of yoga. These weekends are open to all, allowing you to peel away layers of tension and stress in your body and mind to reveal your calm centre.

This retreat includes twin accommodation in eco cabins with shared lounge and bathroom areas and wood burning stoves, or cosy loft spaces accessed by ladder! Delicious and nutritious vegetarian meals and four sessions of yoga, philosophy, prananyama and meditation per day. This retreat is small and intimate with a maximum of 12 participants, so there will be plenty of opportunities for personal guidance from Jackie.

 

Prices range from £295 for twin rooms, £325 for single space in the loft accessed via a ladder and £345 for single rooms.

Flowing vinyasa yoga, intuitive movement and sound meditations all become more real and alive when we are fully immersed in the natural cycles of our mindful breath.
