13 weeks with a half term break on 26th Oct - Wednesdays 7:30 – 8:45pm This course is suitable for those who have at least one year’s experience of yoga practice. Dynamic does not mean boot camp, it simply means you have some experience and are ready to go deeper. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace, sensitively following the body’s natural cues lead by the conscious flow of breath. As we progress you will be offered more challenging postures, always exploring your “intelligent edge” without strain and to find the balance between strength and ease in postures. The class begins by gently mobilising joints and muscles, building to more dynamic and longer flowing sequences. The course includes aspects of yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation techniques for a more complete experience of the yoga path. The course is in the warm and spacious Central Baptist Church right in the heart of Shrewsbury. Free parking 2 mins walk away after 6pm opposite Montgomery Towers or at 6th form college.
