Practice with me as often as you like during the week! Join us for 6 weeks of mindful evening yoga on Zoom. The class will be interactive before and after with time to ask questions/chat if you wish. Otherwise it's straight down to some wonderful mindful flowing sequences of breath lead movement. Adding in weekly meditation and breathing practices that you can use at home. As usual I will be teaching with all levels in mind and you will be encouraged to work at your intelligent edge without strain. If you are brand new to yoga and have any injuries/ health concerns it may be better to attend a face to face class. Week by week you will learn tried and tested meditation, breathwork and movement practices that will bring your nervous system back into a state of balance allowing a deep connection to your calm centre. We will be using zoom and you can chose to have your camera on or off during the session. And don’t worry if you can’t make it one week...you will be sent a link to the recording so you won’t miss a thing. Recordings will be available until the end of October for you to practice whenever you wish. So you really can practice as often as you like during the week, when and where you want! If you have any doubts about your mental or physical health or have recently been diagnosed with depression please seek advice from your qualified medical practitioner as to your suitability for the course.
