A mixture of energising and relaxing practices.
During this course we will get your body moving the way it was meant to through an exploration of functional movement practices alongside our trademark Flowing Mindful Yoga. This means we will be getting into those hard to reach places that maybe don't move so well to wake them back to life. As ever there will be options for more or less challenging variations to help you work at your body's intelligent edge.
We will weave pranayama and meditation practices through each class to help to keep your energy vibrant and relaxed. There are a mixture of energising and relaxing sessions to suit your daily needs.
At least three months of prior yoga experience is recommended.
