Week by week you will learn tried and tested meditation, breathwork and
deep relaxation practices that will bring your nervous system back into a
state of balance.
These live online sessions will be woven through with mindful movement so
that both mind and body can find the deep rest that connection with spirit
We will be using zoom and you can chose to have your camera on or off during the session. You will be given simple daily practices to do at home
and the live format will enable you time to ask any questions and the sense
of being part of a like minded community. And don’t worry if you can’t make
