Join us for a yummy evening practice that will help you unwind from your day. We will be utilising flowing postures, meditation and breathwork to help you learn day to day stress management. You will be encouraged to listen to your body’s own natural cues, to find the balance between strength and ease within postures. Intermediates will be offered the option of more challenging postures, but you will always be encouraged to work at your “intelligent edge” without strain.” The class begins by gently mobilising joints and muscles, building to more dynamic and longer flowing sequences. The course includes aspects of yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation techniques for a more complete experience of the yoga path.
We will be using zoom and you can choose to have your camera on or off during the session. Don’t worry if you can’t make it one week... you will be sent a link to the recording so you won’t miss a thing. All recordings will be available for a month after the course finishes so you can watch as often as you like!
If you have any doubts about your mental or physical health or have recently

When online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen.
