Radiant rituals to keep you thriving as we turn inwards towards the darker months. Do you feel sluggish? Tired all the time? Achey joints and muscles? Like you've lost your va va voom? Autumn and Spring are the times of greatest change in nature's calendar. It is the time in Ayurveda to support our bodies with simple nutritious cleansing practises through breath work and yoga asana but also through seasonally appropriate food and diet. We will explore Ayurvedic principles that will help you understand how to find and maintain balance in body and mind. Including guidelines for a gentle dietary cleanse. You will learn the perfect yoga sequences and at home practices to cultivate wholeness, vitality and health throughout the Autumn season. Delicious home cooked lunch and all teas and snacks included!
